TechBuddy is changing!
TechBuddy has changed and its website will reflect that in the coming
weeks.
We originally were a third-party technical support organizaton,
but we've found that more and more of our time is now devoted to
website development.
Because these two types of activities don't mesh very well
from a scheduling point of view, TechBuddy is stopping
all third-party technical support as of June 30, 2010.
As part of our transition to websites-only, TechBuddy
has donated two 3-hour consultation packages
to the KRCB auction. There's more information on our

On-site Service
On-site service is what you need if there is something
physically wrong with your computer or networking equipment,
or if you need help with initial network set-up or adding equipment
to your system. On-site service is available in Sonoma County, California, on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Alternatively, if the problem is only with the computer, you
can drop it off at our offices Monday through Friday.
